Micro-Move Minute: Immunity Boost

Let’s strengthen our immune systems by incorporating this simple chest opener into our daily routine. The thymus glad is located behind the sternum and in front of the heart. It is a primary component of our immune systems. As we age, the thymus gland shrinks. Though we cannot stop our thymus gland from shrinking (yet!), exercise has been shown to keep our immune systems stronger. Let’s stay stronger longer so we can embrace life fully! That’s the art of wholehearted living.
