Wholehearted Yoga: Just For You


Whether you have a specific area of interest or you just want to “feel better,” Dawn Marie will curate a personalized Wholehearted Yoga practice just for you.  Sign up for your own 75-min. session to up-level your well-being and embrace life wholeheartedly.


When you sign up for a personal yoga session, Dawn Marie will consult with you via email about the aims of your practice.  Then, she will  design a Wholehearted Yoga practice just for you.  During your private yoga session (via Zoom), Dawn Marie will teach you the complete practice, which will include pranayama, warm ups, laughter yoga, a kundalini kriya, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation all centered around your particular interests.  Afterwards, you will receive a recording of the session so you can practice as often as you like.
