Thank you so much for joining us for our first-ever 40-Day Challenge. I’m so glad you have decided to put your well-being first and foremost in your life for 2023! By developing a daily practice, you will start your days and your year with increased energy, balance, and focus. You will break through blocks! A whole new you will begin to emerge. Not an invented you, but the you that has been buried beneath limiting beliefs and old patterns — the true you!

This is our WWC “home” for the next six weeks. On this page, I will post all the info and links you’ll need to participate in the Challenge. In order to form a welcoming and safe community for all participants, this is a private page only accessible to our WWC. Please do not share this page (or other private content, such as videos).

When interacting with members of our WWC, please follow the this one guiding principle: Respect for Others. Together, let us offer support and encouragement to each other. Let us refrain from offering unsolicited advice. And let us build a caring and vibrant Wholehearted Wellness Community!
